We harvest exclusively in the early morning hours when temperatures are at their lowest. Stems are cut at precisely the right bud stage — the 'marshmallow' softness — to guarantee maximum vase life upon arrival.

Hydration & Pre-cooling
Within 30 minutes of harvest, stems enter our professional cold storage facility at 2–4°C. Each batch is treated with export-grade hydration solution to lock in freshness before packaging begins.

Stems are packed into heavy-duty aviation corrugated cartons with internal ice packs and protective mesh sleeves. Every box is designed to arrive at your door in pristine condition, regardless of transit time.
